Works around https://bugs.swift.org/browse/SR-1638

The real fix is here swiftlang/swift-corelibs-foundation#1742 but we might want to merge this in the meantime.

Either way I thought this would be a good place to discuss enabling -warnings-as-errors on CI to catch future issues like this sooner. Thoughts?

That one is merged so maybe we want to close this and use that fix in the next release

I agree. it probably a good idea to fix the root cause instead of adding _ as a walk-around .

As to enabling -warnings-as-errors on CI: I'd say it's a good idea but would like to discuss it in the bigger picture of enabling -warnings-as-errors for the compiler, standard library etc. I think first and foremost we should have a consistent behaviour across all Swift repositories.
